WHEN YOU’RE NOT LEAVING THE HOUSE

I've been fraught with this for the last 3-4 years, I don't know, and I've observed and learned a few things that I think are worth talking about.

During the first year of my baby's life, I ran for many days in my pajamas, unable to shower or brush my teeth till 2:00 pm. And then when the baby feeds and falls asleep, I'll be so exhausted that I want to take a nap too.

I felt neglected and seemed to be losing part of myself. Attractive care of myself and my appearance is what makes me feel good and has always been important to me.

SEEING GOOD IS NOT BAD

It is true that when you look good, you feel good. You feel safe. This may seem superficial to some, but I think it's just judging others for wanting better for themselves.

Wanting to look good is not bad. It doesn't make you less of a good person. It can really make you better.

When you feel good about your body, when you have confidence in what you are wearing, you are more open to things and you face life with a different attitude. You're ready to meet anyone and you don't have to hide behind a trash can or explain what you look like.

Whether we want to disclose it or not, we know we deserve better. We deserve to look our best every day.

These are the things I have start that help me feel and look my best, even if I don't leave the house for three days.

1. Wake up a little earlier.

Even if it's 15 minutes, a lot can be done during this time. I can shower, brush my teeth, apply natural makeup, and get dressed really fast.

2. LITTLE EFFORT.

Looking good every day takes a little effort every day. Don't be negligent and don't forget to wash or iron the dress since you don't feel identical it. It's such a small act, then when you don't do it for a while, you understand its effect when you don't have clean clothes.

3. HYDRATION.

Find out which moisturizer is right designed for you and moisturize your face, neck and chest. Remember to apply body lotion (or coconut oil) after you shower and use hand cream (very important!)
